For years I knew I had a superpower – to walk into startups and small-midsize companies and be able to advise them on pain points, challenges and how to streamline operations for growth.  What took years to create, I was able to see through in a matter of days. I repeated this time and time again from my own startup to nearly every company that I’ve worked with and consulted for over the last 25 years.  What I discovered was that this superpower was a result of my childhood environment.  After a number of perfect storms, I asked for support in early 2023 to help find the lighthouse in my life.  This support included the embrace and surrender of using Psilocybin to crack open and put a ripple in time. Things needed to change.  It led me to seeing and understanding my patterns, limiting beliefs and how my ego was building a false sense of safety around me.  I have started utilizing my patterns and creating new ones that better serve how I am choosing to show up.  The impact of my first Psilocybin experience and subsequent journeys has inspired me to want to bring this level of exploration and healing to others in their journey in business and life.
