For years, I knew I had a superpower – to walk into startups and small-midsize companies and advise them on pain points, challenges, and how to streamline operations for growth.  

What took years to create, I was able to see through in a matter of days. I repeated this time and again from my own startup to nearly every company I’ve worked with and consulted for over the last 25 years.  

What I discovered was that this superpower was a result of my childhood environment.
